I initially ordered a knockoff on Amazon cause it was a few dollars cheaper and they even gave me coupons when it arrived for me to leave a good review. They include an egg stand with the hardware but nowhere! Hope they come up with something less eccentric in design.Perfect for a hot fresh lunch, but I do find time is hit and miss.Cooked so many dishes with it already. The size is PERFECT for making a pretty good sized lunch or dinner. I'd give that maybe 3 stars to be honest. Yay!Another Itaki thing My only complaint is their recipebook only has low carb chicken and veggie options so if you aren't into that kind of stuff better try other steam recipes or join an Itaki group.Wrong COLOR! I have been preparing meals and putting them in zip lock bags in the freezer. The lunchbox itself looks quite cute, but I wish they had more color or design selection options. After a month I realized it's no where to be found and realized they already returned it.
You can pull out a frozen pack and cook it to perfection in this product! Everyone is asking me where I got it from. It is actually a very clever way to cook a variety of foods without much effort. Did it again in our workplace cafeteria too and it's a hit. I took a chance and didn't know if it would work in Australia, but the plug and voltage are all right.
They missed a delivery but didn't even leave out a note. Threw in some rice, veggies and some sauces.
