Really disappointing product. Would buy again. This mouthguard does not require extra adjustment or trimming. After following directions, Venum Mouthguard easily mold in your mouth. Absolutely rubbish, never had such trouble with a mouth guard. But that turned out to be an utterly useless exercise. I purchased this product based on reviews and research that I had undertaken to buy a suitable Mouthguard for myself.
