We were given a claim number and then went online to submit the claim.

It had nice modern lighting above and each seat had its own personal TV that you can plug your own head phone into, also if you need to charge your devises there is a USB port next to the head phone jack. Ok Delta, I gotta say you did a fantastic job handling my baggage claim for our recent trip! This means being on time, being friendly and professional, dealing with things well when things go wrong. Horrible. This is not Singapore or Emirates, but they do generally get you to your destination on time and generally take care of you if things go wrong. This pilot then also hit max hours and we had to deboard again.

It's easy to pile on the airlines when a snowstorm or thunderstorm hits, but I would be shocked to see Delta leave planeloads of people stuck in Mexico (yes I'm talking about you Sun Country).
