As soon as we entered the building one of the staff greeted us and knew by our reservation time we were the Brown’s and this was a surprise flight for my family. The Pilot as well as the staff working in Scenic are great. Was an awesome ride over the Smokies and area around it. He was so profesional and helpful with everything or any questions we had!
The pilot was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The crew was awsome and so friendly and so helpful! First ever helicopter ride and what an experience! Scenic Helicopter Tours is one of the only helicopter operators allowed to fly into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We were staying in Bryson City, NC and Lori helped us find an alternative route to Sevierville. The tour was very informational and beautiful.If visiting the Smokey Mountains the tour is a must.
