The vinyl version comes in a high quality gatefold sleeve with additional artwork too. There seems to be a new breed of band emerging lead by the likes of Snapped Ankles and Girl Band and now Black Midi who have thrown out the rule book and make sounds and rythms that before were unimaginable. I've been listening to the album on spotify for some time and i decided to buy it here because i really want some version of this (since i can't buy it physically) released June 21, 2019 I guess some people think it can't be rock if it's not in 4/4 time. We pay for the whole deal surely, great music and packaging that compliments the thought applied by the artists in 'talking' to their audience.

Challenging music indeed but the rewards for the open minded are plentiful. Dang this album is so great- angular, chaotic yet controlled brilliance. The outer sleeve is a bit on the flimsy side but the art makes up for it IMO. Great album.

It's art-rock, in the tradition of Pere Ubu and Talking Heads.
