First why mechanical and the clickety-clack?
My first Corsair was a K70 with Cherry Red keys. I am a fan of Corsair mechanical keyboards and specifically the K70 family. Over the years I have bought several gaming mechanical boards.
There have been times that I've ended up typing just by resting my fingers on the keyboard, just something to get used to.
So after that my current keyboard became the SteelSeries Apex M800. iCUE Commander PRO Smart RGB Lighting and Fan Speed Controller (CL-9011110-WW)

One negative point I'd point out is that they shipped me a used Speed version of the keyboard which they sorted out for me immidiately.
