It's design was EXACTLY what I wanted for being a PC couch gamer but not enough of a gamer to spend over $200 on Corsairs other option.
I spent the extra money to get this Corsair and it looks awesome.
Perhaps 10% of the scrolls don't register, which is infuriating, but about 5% of the time they do register but the system sends the mouse cursor to far edge of the screen. Tech support # 1-888-222-4346 opt #1

I was willing to put up with the circular touchpad design, but it is not responsive at times and the movement is very jerky.
I had a logitech K830 before this and it worked great for years, and I only bought this as an impulse buy because I thought it looked cool and I just felt like getting a new keyboard. I own other corsair products and had higher expectations of this one. I've never written a review on here before but the K83 was a HUGE disappointment. Compatible with CORSAIR iCUE It's similar to the AmazonBasics K4R but looks and feels much more premium overall.
My requirements are a slim, wireless keyboard with a touchpad and backlight. I was more then happy to use Bluetooth and have them send me the missing parts, but they straight up told me to return it to Amazon and would not even entertain the idea. I had a plan with it being Bluetooth and wireless, I was going to put the USB receiver in my media center PC, and dual purpose one keyboard between it and my modified Nvidia Shield. It looks nice, that's about the only good thing I can say about this keyboard. Please make sure that you are posting in the form of a question. A slight improvement to the keyboard could be the addition of a scroll wheel.

She had a replacement ordered and a return shipping label emailed to me in the first two minutes on the call. Had nothing but issues with it since the day I got it , thank God for prime returning this one now as well FOR THE 3rd Time I never realised how much I used it until it wasn't there. Why do some functions not work with my smart TV or streaming media device?
